Border Osteo is headed by osteopath Harry Shirley who has a special interest in high performance sport and human movement. With more than eight years of experience in private practice and elite sport, Harry has worked across a variety of settings including two seasons travelling internationally on the LPGA Tour. During this time he supported some of the world’s leading female golfers with treatment, strength and conditioning and performance preparation, gaining valuable insight into the demands of competing at the highest level. This experience now shapes his approach to practice where he works with both professional athletes and the wider community to optimise health, recovery and performance. His method combines hands-on osteopathic treatment with evidence-based exercise and strength and conditioning principles to not only address pain and injury but also build resilience, improve movement and support long-term wellbeing. At Border Osteo the focus is on delivering personalised care that helps people move better, recover faster and feel stronger in both sport and everyday life.
